Demand for feeders good early in the sale as light re ceipts from the previous week had buyers battling for numbers. However those quickly remembered the muddy mess that many feedlots were in and buyers backed down. Stocker cattle and calves sold 2.00-4.00 higher with very good demand. With temperatures in the low sixties a hint of spring was in the air. Farmers are anxiously waiting to turn cattle out on spring pastures. Quality plain through attractive. Weigh-ups av erage.
