leaves; stuff with slices of warm or cold meatloaf, thin red onion rings, pit
ted Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese.
• BBQ Meatloaf Sandwiches Serve warmed slices of meatloaf in

Dijon-style mustard; top each half with a slice of cold meatloaf, a thin slice
of tomato and a slice of cheddar cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and
meatloaf is hot.
