Taimni Grubb Repeats Beef Show Win EVERETT NEWSWANGER Editor YORK - A heavy weight crossbred became the grand champion of the York Fair’s open market steer show Monday afternoon, for Tammi Grubb from Hannover. This was a repeat performance from the youth show held earlier in the week. Judge Ned Sayer from Churchville, Md. called the champion trim and clean with a wide top and well muscled. The reserve grand champion honors went to the light heavy weight champion of the Angus show and was shown by Sarah Grim from East Berlin. Reserve champion honors m the crossbred show went to Richard Hememan, Etters and the reserve champion Angus was shown by Denton Grim. The champion Hereford was shown by Jennifer Shultz, Dillsburg, and the reserve champion Hereford was shown by Greg Daugherty, Dover. Two Simmentals were shown. Katie Myers, Dallastown had the champion- and Sarah Messer had the reserve champion. Sarah Grim, with her reserve grand champion at York Fair. A total of 27 shown.
