The market was mostly unchanged all week, but mild strength was evident on Thursday- This month's outlook is very good, with October futures on the rise and Western cattle trading at mostly 67.00 and 10&00-10&00. However, In the North east, Banner feeders are struggling to decide whether to restock their horns with many being shaft of feed. In addi tion, Virginia feeder cattle are reaching dangerously high levels and pushing breakevens well Into the TWO range. Local Holstdn steers ended steady to .50 higher IU week.
