Try to pinpoint the weak link in SCC management and aggressive ly attack that area. Here are just a few suggestions about SCC, especially during early lactation: 1. Start control measures at dry off, by working with your vet on a good dry cow program. 2. Provide a clean, dry, roomy area for springers. 3. Provide sound diets, paying special attention to immune response consideration with your nutritionist 4. Consider the use of a dip or barrier dip during close-up period. 5. You may to pre-milk the leaky, pre-fresh cows.
