PRUA Selects Dr. Wilson Executive Director STATE COLLEGE (Centre Co.) The Pennsylvanians for the Responsible Use of Animals, an affiliation of animal user groups, has selected Dr. Lowell L. Wilson, professor of animal sci ence, Dept, of Dairy and Animal Science. Penn State University as its new executive director. PRUA has over 25 different affiliated oiganizations which use animals either in agriculture, recreation, as wildlife, and in other ways that benefit society.
