Here is a recipe for all of you to enjoy using Real Dairy Pro ducts, enjoy: MANICOTTI 1 box Manicotti Shells 2 eggs 1 large container COTTAGE CHEESE 1 cup PARMESAN CHEESE Va cup RICOTTA CHEESE (if desired) 1 large jar spaghetti sauce shredded MOZZARELLA CHEESE Cook shells as instructed on box. Rinse and let cool in cold wa ter. Mix eggs and cheeses. Pour some sauce in bottom of an 8” x 10" baking dish. Fill cooled shells with egg and cheese mixture. Make 1 layer in the bottom of the dish with shells. Pour over sauce, then put a layering sauce, shells, sauce, cheese, shells, etc. until fin ished. Top with sauce and shred ded cheese.
