ANSWER For the reader who wanted to know of uses for white vinegar, here are some more answers. Doris Horton, Randolph,N.Y.,writes for furniture polish, mix together V 4 cup white vinegar and 'A teaspoon olive oil. Use with soft cloth and tightly wring out. A reader writes that it may be used as drain opener. Pour some baking soda down the clogged drain and add some white vinegar. The mixture will sizzle and will usually open the drain.
