[Crum, midway betweenh Catawissa, Elysburg and Danville, Franklin Twp., Colum bia Co., Pa. The #1 parcel con tained a house on 2.71 acres with a pond and outbuildings and it was sold for $44,000. The #2 parcen of 2.6 acres which was DER perc approved sold for $ll,OOO. The #3 parcel of 10 acres which was DER perc approved sold for $ll,OOO and the #4 parcel of 40 acres brought $38,000.
