Policies developed'at the state session will be passed on to the National Grange for their consid eration. The 1993 National Grange Convention will be held November 8-13 in Cleveland, Ohio. Representing the National Orange at Maryland’s Session will be Olaf and Avalon Billquist of Montana. Billquist is master of the Montana State Grange and a member of the National Grange Executive Committee. The session will open at 9 a.m. on Thursday, October 21.
