S;C. Entry Takes Guernsey Gold REYNOLDSBURG, Ohio The seventh annual Guernsey Gold Futurity was held recently at the North American International Livestock Exposition. Judge Jim Lewis of Orient, Ohio, presided over the Guernsey royalty in the show. The winner of the 1992 Guern sey Gold Futurity was Melldoro Fayette Tammy, owned by Nikki Cohen of Unior, S.C. An 83-point “Fayette” daughter„‘Tammy” has 17.200 M, 837 F, and 653 P at 2-06 in 36S days. She was presented with a cham pagne cooler donated by Ed, and Shirley Wright of Saginaw, Mich., and the first place banner spon sored by E.R. A patriotic theme sparked the opening of this year’s show. Tamara Branstettec, Martin of Edmonton, Ky.; sang the national anthem. National Guernsey Queen Stacey Guyton performed a skit during the intermission of the show. Dressed in a red, white and blue jumper that reflected the theme of the event, Guyton sang patriotic songs with a “Guernsey twist!’ to them.
