EASTERN CENTRAL CLASSIC SALE The Eastern Central Classic sponsored by Columbia, Luzerne, Ly coming Holstein Club was held August 7 at the Hughesville Fair grounds, Hughesville, Pa. The 30 cows sold averaged $1,513 with the top cow selling for $2,700. The 2nd high sold for $2,150, the 3rd for $2,050 and the 4th for $2,000. The average of the heifers sold was $1,222 and the average of the calves was $342. The auctioneer was Art Kling and the sale was managed by Gor don Wood.
