It is sponsored jointly by Penn State Cooperative Extension and area farm busines ses and organizations. This year’s presentations will give producers management alter natives to help them cope with today's economic conditions. The program will feature a panel dis cussion with local dairy producers and a presentation by a director of the Pennsylvania Milk Marketing Board. In the morning, a panel of three local farmers and a local veterina rian will discuss different philoso phies of heifer management.
