Kulp at the Terre Hill Fire Hall, 131 W. Main St., Terre Hill, Pa. The 11 acres and 24 perches of woodland in the Terre Hill area was sold for $86,600 to Val ley Protein of Terre Hill, Pa. T. Glenn Horst and sons were the auctioneers. HERR SALE A Public Auction of a 45 acre farm was held March 23 by Ralph G. Herr and the estate of Ada G. Herr, Hereford Rd., Mt. Joy Twp., Lan caster Co., Pa. The 45 acres with a 214 story frame house, large bank bam, tobac co shed and small chicken house was sold for $250,000 to Harvey G. Ruhl, R.D. 2, Mt. Joy, Pa.
