On Wednesday, Billy, 9, won the Junior sheep breeding championship with the yearling ewe, which went on to win the supreme championship. “The Rambouillet is the backbone of the American sheep industry, and we were careful in breed selection, primarily for the sheep’s meat and muscle,” said Bob. Suzie, his wife, was happy with the breed.
