The Lv jmlly Bob, Suzie, and their son Billy captured the 1990 sheep wool
breed supreme championship with their Rambouillet yearling ewe Thursday night at the
farm show. On Wednesday, Billy, 9, won the Junior sheep breeding championship with
the yearling ewe, which went on to win the supreme championship. “The Rambouillet is
the backbone of the American sheep industry, and we were careful in breed selection,
primarily for the sheep’s meat and muscle,” said Bob. Suzie, his wife, was happy with the
breed. "The fleece has few flaws, and it Is difficult to get fine fleece.” Standing, left to

of agriculture; Billy Lelb; and Billy’s friend, Kelly Ziegler. Photo by Andy Andrewi
