Robert Haas Robert Haas, Oley (Berks), achieved the proficiency award in vegetable production and awards for the county project record book in 1985 and 1986. He has been active in home garden projects and served on citrus, window exhibit, and cooperation committees. He has participated tn dairy, livestock, dairy foods, agronomy, and forestry contests.
