Longwood’s magical garden will celebrate not only the 6th annual Chrysanthemum Festival, but also Oz author L. Gardeners at Longwood Gardens near Kennett Square have been patiently growing the Tin Woodman and the Cowardly Lion from plants. These and 16 other topiary favorite characters are in "The Wonderful Garden of Oz,” the theme of this year’s Chrysanthemum Festival.
