HARRISBURG, PA - The appointments of John E. Barley of Conestoga and Amos H. Funk of Millersville to the Lancaster Center Advisory Board of Com monwealth National Bank have been announced by Larry Zielinski, senior vice president and manager of the bank’s Lancaster Region. Barley is the representative in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from the 100th legislative district and is a partner in the Star Rock Dairy Farm in Manor Township, - Lancaster County. In the House of Representatives, Barley is serving on the House Conservation Committee and the House Local Government Committee. He is a regional director for the Pennsylvania Agricultural Republicans and is a member of the board of trustees of the Evangelical School of Theology. He has served on the Pennsylvania Soil and Water Conservation Commission under three governors and was reap pointed by Governor Thornburgh in 1985 fpr a four-year term. Special Service Award from the National Association of Conservation Districts in recognition of his 30 years of leadership at the local, state, and national levels.
