SYRACUSE, NY Syracuse University has reaffirmed its commitment to serving genuine dairy products to its students by taking part in the 1986 “REAL” Seal table service agreement with the American Dairy Association and Dairy Council (ADADC). The agreement directs the use of real dairy foods in all foodservice operations. The “REAL” Seal, symbolized by a drop of milk enclosing the word “REAL”, is a product identification program sponsored by the ADADC to help consumers to distinguish between genuine dairy products and imitations.
