Susan placed 12th in the state Creed Contest, third in the state Ex temporaneous Public Speaking Contest and first in county dairy foods. Susan has earned proficiency awards in fruit production, vegetable production, home im provement, floriculture and ex temporaneous speaking. In the future, Susan plans to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. Bradley Miller Son of Lee and Eva Miller, Box 717, Halifax Rl, Bradley is a student at Haifax Area High School and has been a member of the Halifax Area FFA for four years. Bradley has participated in the oats, market beef and work ex perience farming programs at Tobias Equipment. He has served on the banquet, seed sales, and swine chain, committees. In ad dition, he has served as his capter president and secretary and holds the greenhand and chapter fanner degrees. In school, he participates in the conservation club and the high school principal advisory committee. He lists hunting and riding motorcycles as his hobbies. He has participated in swine finishing, corn production and work experience projects for three years; and oat production, hay and straw, and dairy heifers for two years. Ernest holds the county farmer and star county farmer degrees and won first place in the Erie County creed speaking contest. He has served as Erie County FFA reporter, and 1982-84 chapter vice-president and 1985-86 president. In high school, Ernest is vice president of the National Honor Society and is a member of the Beefers 4-H Club. He lists showing cattle and pigs and renovating farm equipment as his hobbies. Ernest plans to earn a degree in dairy production from The Penn sylvania State University and to own and operate his own dairy farm. Craig A.
