The group will be participating in an evening event at the Berks Heim instead of tea. Each group is asked to bring a centerpiece using the red and white color theme. June 10 will be the Heim’s garden party. A cruise down the Delaware, with boarding at Penn’s Landing, is scheduled for June 5. Oley Fire Co., Oley, will be the next meeting place for a safety meeting. The group will then adjourn to the home of Mrs. Pauline Heffelfinger. County president Mrs. Eleanor Rothenberger introduced state and county officers following a business meeting. Green Valley Society 26 held their April meeting at the home of Catherine Dorwart with 15 members present. Plans are being made for a bus trip to Bedford Village in June.
