Ms. Wiles year as Princess will be highlighted when she represents Maryland State Grange in National competition in Maine next November at the National Grange Session. Ms. Wiles is the 18-year-old daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Maurice Wiles and is a teachers'hide in the Vocatibnal Agricultural Depart ment at Walkersville High School. A 1984 graduate of Walkersville High School, Ms. Wiles was a charter member of Glade Valley Carrie Jean Wiles, Walkerville, was recently crowned the 1984 Maryland State Grange Princess. She currently holds the office of Flora and is co-youth chairman. She serves on the Community Service, Community Show and Deaf Ac tivities committees. Ms. Wiles has served in the Pomona and State Youth Officer Corps in 1982 and 1983. Ms. Wiles is currently a member of the Frederick Co. Pomona youth team and the Sate Grange Youth Team. Ms. Wiles has attended National Grange sessions in Atlantic City, New Jersey; Lancaster, Pa.; and Providence, Rhode Island. Ms. Wiles has been active in the Granges Deaf Activities projects and in 1982 was a regional first place winner in the song-signing contest. Ms. Wiles is Past Master of Glade Valley Junior Grange and Past Maryland State Junior MMERman Grange Princess. She is currently co-Junior Grange leader of Glade Valley Jr. Grange #36. Ms. Wiles is a life member of the Frederick County Farm Museum and serves on the Frederick Co. Farm Safety Committee. She is Secretary of the Glade Valley Community Show and a member of the Walkersville United Methodist Church. While in school she was an honor roll student and Secretary of the Walkersville FFA Chapter. Ms. Wiles is the granddaughter of Mr. & Mrs. David Secor of Cascade and Mr. & Mrs. G.
