Both groups as well as many others may have hazardous wastes to dispose of and thus have an interest in hazardous waste management in Penn sylvania and in the Susquehanna Region. The purpose of the all-day session is to provide a forum for positive discussion about hazar dous waste; and an opportunity for citizens, government officials, business and industry represen tatives to share their interests and concerns and to discuss needed cooperation and possible solutions. Representatives from citizens’ groups, government and industry will make up panels to present information on what positive ac tions are being taken in their area. The format of the meeting will allow all participants an op portunity to interact and share common concerns and ideas with panel members.
