The event is being planned in cooperation with Delaware State College, the universities of Delaware and Maryland, and area agribusiness firms. Exhibits will open at 9 a.m. The educational program will start at 10 and end at 2:30 p.m. The fire hall will sell a buffet lunch at noon.
