Fairbairn is a sophomore at Penn State, studying animal science. She has participated in many livestock and civic ac tivities, beginning her beef career in 1977 in the Chester County Beef Club, where she served as 'president- She has participated on the Chester County 4-H Livestock Judging Team, Meats Judging Team, and was a member of the pig club, the Pins and Pans club and the Delaware County 4-H Horse Club. Fairbairn’s volunteer ex perience with Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Center, han dicapped Horseback Riding, Clinics and Sunday School Training, made her an ideal choice. for the honor.
