Hand to succeed Honan at Inter-State SOUTHAMPTON - General Manager James E. Honan will retire Nov. 11, at Inter-State Milk Producers' Cooperative's 65th annual meeting, according to President Robert B. McSparran. The announcement was made at the September Board of Directors meeting in Southampton. Honan will continue in an advisory capacity through July, 1963. Honan will be succeeded by Assistant General Manager Paul E. Hand. Hand has worked at Inter-State since 1957. A 35-year employee, Honan has worked. with five Inter-State presidents. He is the fourth general manager of the organization.
