According to Moen and the entire film crew Who sampled both kinds of cheese, there really is a big taste difference. “There is also a difference in texture,” Moen said, "and even visually you can tell the dif ference.” Cerny explained that the color of all real cheese is consistent. “With imitation chdese, sometimes it's a lighter color, and sometimes it’s darker.
