LEBANON Three active youths were named Outstanding Teen 4-H’ers last Tuesday night in the Lebanon Valley College Mund Center. Beth Ann Sinner, Megan Conner and Greg Allwem were named for their outstanding work m all phases of 4-H, according to Linda Rohrbach, Lebanon Co. 4-H Ex tension agent. Allwem and Sue Heilmger from Newmanstown received scholarships worth $250 each, presented by J. Edgar Miller on behalf of the People’s Bank of Lebanon. Fifteen honor 4-H’ers received special trophies for their work also.
