Neal Halstead, chairman of the Bradford County Conservation District committee announced the - BCCD Communications Award will go to the Wyalusmg Rocket- Courier for outstanding news coverage of Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service (ASCS) activities. Halstead presented Mr. and Mrs. Donald Heller, of Windfall, and George Kiefer, of Windham, with the ASCS Service Award.
