Altogether she has 5 goats and they’re all expecting, she said proudly. When asked why she chose to raise the two-spigot milkers, Jill smiled and said, “1 just love goats. I guess I'm a rein carnated peasant girl." Jill and friends took home a red and yellow ribbon not bad for the first time out. The grand champion Alpine was exhibited by Tom Hope of Hopewell, N.J. The doe was also the senior champion in milk. Dawn Spitler of Newmanstown, Lebanon County, exhibited the grand champion LaMancha, a breed of goats easily iden tified by their lack of “ears" which makes tatocing a challenge. lamancha Dry „)ass] J Dawn Sutler Newmanstown Class 3 1 Sus*n Mille' Furlong |umor champion Class 4 1 Dawn Spitler reserve junior champion Class 5 I Dawn Spitler In Milk 1 C>?ss 6 Dawn Spitler senior and grand champion 2 3 Ann Miller Class 7 Dawn Spitler reserve senior and reserve grand 2 Cheryl Eschbach Dam & Daughter 1 Spitler 2 Ann Miller NUBIANS Dry Class 1 1 3 Sally Ann Rehng 2 Rosemary Heflner 4 Susan Miller Class 3 1 2 Susan Mel Jen R 3 Siatmgton 3 Rosemary Heflner 4 Karen Pensack Class 4 1 Gail IcCompt junior champion 2 Karen Pensack 3 4 Sally Ann Rehng In Milk Class 5 12 4 Hope t Farlee 3 Jill Keeper!
