Ord, 51, is responsible for the daily admmistratioh of the Pennsylvania State Harness Racing Com mission The Commission regulates harness racing with pari-mutuel betting in the state, administers the Pennsylvania Sire Stakes Fund, licenses harness racing corporations and supervises harness racing at 22 county fairs.
