Farmers UNIVERSITY PARK —Of 3000 Pennsylvania farmers surveyed recently, a high majority indicated that insecticides increased their profits when used to control pests of both dairy and beef cattle. The farmers responded through a mail survey -distributed by the Agricultural Experiment Station at Penn Stele. The study was earned out to aid U.S. Department of Agnculture personnel in evaluating the benefits and safety of insecticides.
