Add sugar gradually and continue to beat until fluffy. Add beaten eggs and vanilla and beat until light. Sift flour; measure and sift again with dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Beat thoroughly after each addition. Fold in banana pulp until well blended into mixture. Pour mto greased layer pans and bake at 350* for 30 minutes. This makes 2 (9 inch) layers.
