He has been a 4- H member for nine years. A member of the Thomasville and Central Dairy Clubs. Roy served as president, vice president, treasurer, news reporter, and teen leader. The state field crops contest winner completed projects in field crops, handyman, riflery, dairy, and tractor maintenance.
