Grease a cookie sheet. Mix baking mix and water until a soft dough forms. Beat vigorrously 20 strokes. Divide dough into halves. Pat each half into rectangle, 16x4 inches, on cookie sheet with floured hands. Bake until light brown, 8-10 minutes. Reduce oven tem perature to 350° F. Mix ground beef, Parmesan cheese, omon, green pepper, salt, oregano, pepper and tomato paste. Spread over rectangles. Bake until beef is done, 20- 25 minutes.
