Balmer, 572 Millway Road, Lititz, and is a senior at Warwick High School. The Balmers have about 82 Guernsey cows and Connie is active in the Warwick marching and concert bands, the orchestra and jazz band. She is also a member of the 4-H Club, a member of' the National Honor Society and is active in the youth group of the Middle Creek Church of the Brethren.
