Baumgardner, vice Farm tour held BALTTMORE, Md. - In their continuing effort to keep up to date on farming operations, the Board of Directors of the Farm Credit Banks of Baltimore recently completed their 16th annual spring tour. The Baltimore District of the national Farm Credit System makes loans for agricultural purposes in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Puerto Rico. This year’s tour took the Board to farms and agricultural cooperatives in the southeastern quadrant of Pennsylvania.
