Set aside. In a large bowl, sift the flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in % cup butter with pastry blender to coarse crumbs. Stir in yeast mixture to moisten. Spread dough with butter. PEANUT BUTTER PIE 1 envelope unflavored gelatin % cup granulated sugar Vt teaspoon salt 1 cup milk 2 egg yolks, beaten % cup peanut butter 2 egg whites little sugar 2 cups whipped cream baked pie crust or graham cracker crust Mix the gelatin, granulated sugar, salt, milk, and egg yolks together andbring to a boil, then add % cup peanut butter and chill until cool. Beat two egg whites, add little sugar, then add to peanut butter mixture. Add two cups of whipped cream. Pour into baked pie crust or graham cracker crust.
