She firmly believes that this kind of education is essential to basic understanding of the naturla world and that this , _ , uderstandine imparted tot' youth today makes them the true conservationists of tomorow. This past year over 10,000 people attended the nature center. En vironmental education programs have been ex panded and numerous other programs were conducted.
