QUICK REFRIGERATOR ICECREAM 1 can condensed milk 1 cup cold water 2 cups whipping cream V* teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla or banana extract Dilute milk with water. APPLE PUDDING 2% tablespoons butter 2 cups sliced apples V* cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon nutmeg Vi cup butter Vz cup granulated sugar legg 1 cup sifted flour 1% teaspoons,baking powder Vt teaspoon salt % cup buttermilk or sour milk 1 teaspoon vanilla Melt butter in baking pan. Remove from heat and butter sides of pan. Place apples in butter pan. Mix sugar and nutmeg and sprinkle over apples. Cream butter and sugar together thoroughly. Add egg and beat well. Add to creamed mixture the buttermilk and vanilla, alternately with the dry ingredients. Pour batter over apples and bake un covered at 375*F. for 35 minutes or until apples test done. BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE 2 cups confectioner’s sugar 3 ounces cream cheese 1 package butterscotch morsels V* teaspoon vanilla 1 cup miniature mar- shmallows Mix sugar, and cream cheese together. Melt but terscotch morsels with salt and vanilla. Mix well. Add to sugar mixture. Then add marshmallows. Stir until well mixed.
