Goddard said recently that 91 miles of State Forest roads in , nine Forest Districts have been closed to reduce costs of (he Depart ment. Closed will be 16.50 miles in District 1, Fayetteville; 11.21 miles in District 2, McConnellsburg; 25.06 miles in District 3, Blain; 6.40 miles in District 4, Ligonier; 5.07 miles in District 9, Clearfield; 12 miles in District 12, South Williamsport; 17.51 miles in District 13, Emporium; and 4.87 miles in District 19, Stroudsburg.
