XXX CRANBERRY BREAD 2 cups flour Vz teaspoon salt IVz teaspoon baking powder 1 cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 beaten egg Rind of one orange, grated Juice of one orange plus enough water to equal % cup liquid % cup chopped nuts 1 cup quartered fresh cranberries Mix together dry ingredients except nuts and cranberries. Mix together liquid ingredients. Mix both dry and liquid together and add nuts and cranberries to mixture. Bake at 350°F. for one hour in greased and papered loaf pan.
