Participating poultrymen are members of PACMA, which employs a fowl marketing agent - The Farmers’ Agricultural Cooperative Trading Society (FACT) - to sell members fowl. PACMA wokrs directly with the PFA poultrymen in the program. Farm point prices prevailing for fowl to be marketed by members during the week of July 18 were 9% -10, mostly 9Vz. Delmarva Poultry July 20,1977 Ready to cook movement very slow with occasional burdensome offerings forced for quick sale. Slaughter schedules reduced sharply overall. Today LTL asking prices mostly 42 on plant and 43 on US Grade A. Advance interest fairly good at 41 cents on plant grade. Lave supplies fully adequate though weights often lighter than desired.
