Beginning her lactation at age seven years and fight months, the registered Holstein tallied up a record of 26,583 pounds of milk and 1040 of butterfat. Taking second place in butterfat was Robert Seidel’s “Lola,” which chalked up a record of 23,637 pounds of milk and 1016 of butterfat. The reserve milk production crown went to Eleanor-Siegried’s “Fran," which tipped the scales at 26,096 pounds of milk and 953 of fat.
