Princess and Young Couple of the Year will be held during the 1 irange's national convention, Nov. 10-18 in Columbus, Ohio. Grange youth representing 38 states will undergo personal interviews, written exams and submit for review a written report on their Grange, community and school activities. Announcement of the winners will be made at .. Coronation Pageant, November 15 by William Steel. National Grange Youth Director. The winners will represent the National Grange throughout 1976 at various meetings, conferences and youth camps. In addition, they will spend a week in Washington, D.C. in January 1976. National Grange Master praises grain agreement WASHINGTON - “We commend the Ford Ad ministration for successfully negotiating an agreement to sell specified amounts of wheat and com to the Soviet Union over a five year period,” said John Scott, Master of the National Grange at a legislative briefing here last week. Scott, who heads the country’s oldest farm organization, said the agreement will now give U.S. wheat and corn farmers a solid reason to plant full production and will also help to protect dairy and livestock producers from unexpected fluctuations in livestock feed prices.
