Opening its doors at 1:30 p.m., Monday, many of the sessions will be open to the general public, while others will be for members only. Among the guest speakers scheduled to make an ap pcarancc before the more than 2,000 (including young people) persons expected to lake part in the convention are Pennsylvania's Secretary of Agriculture, James Me Hale; Representative Kent D. Stapleton, chairman of the State Senate Agriculture Committee.
