Clark, President of PennAg Industries Association, addressing the Association’s 96th Annual Convention at Seven Springs, Champion, Penn., on Monday called for govern ment to evaluate the economic impact of legislation before passing it. Clark told the statewide assemblage of agribusinessmen, “We suggest that every com mittee in Congress be forced to file with its report an analysis of what impact each bill proposed for floor action would have on the economy - so long as the inflation rate remains above 3 or 4 per cent. This economic analysis would go much further than the cost to the Federal Government of ad ministering a program.
