The revised exemption now allows movement of all stone and quarry products without certification if surveys show that the - materials have not been exposed to infestation. Previously, non-exposed ground or pulversided stone and quarry items were allowed shipment without being certificed. The action was taken by USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS).
