FHA Announces Additional Funds For Farm Loans An additional 2.5 million has been allotted for Farm Operating Loans to Penn sylvania farmers according to Penrose Hallowell, State Director of the Farmers Home Administration. This raises the total allotment to 7 million dollars for operating purposes besides a 5 million dollar allotment for farm real estate loans to the end of the fiscal year, June 30,1974. “We want to assure,” stated Hallowell, “that required credit is available for the production of food and other agricultural products.
